- Payment: Full payment or a deposit, as specified during the booking process, is required to confirm your reservation. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site. All prices are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

- Safety Instructions: All participants must adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by Grove Glide staff and guides at all times, especially concerning safety equipment and procedures. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the activity without a refund.
